 Whenever you use www.bfap.co.za and/or (baseline.bfap.co.za), complete an application or registration form, contact us electronically or use one of the services or facilities we offer, we will collect your personal information. Any user names, addresses, emails or other information submitted to BFAP will become the property of BFAP. At no time will this information be sold or made available to third parties, however, BFAP reserves the right to make use of this list to disseminate information about publications, events and BFAP services. The information we maintain concerning our clients is stored in databases with built-in safeguards to ensure privacy and confidentiality.

BFAP collects, stores and uses the User’s information primarily for the following purposes:

  • To communicate requested information or respond to any query or comment received from the User.
  • To provide services to the User as requested by the User.
  • To authenticate the User.
  • Inform you of new offers.
  • To provide the User with access to restricted pages on this website.
  • Generally to improve the User’s experience on our website. (Compiling non-personal statistical information about browsing habits, click patterns and access to BFAP’s website)

 BFAP accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage (whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) and/or expenses of any nature whatsoever which may arise as a result of, or which may be attributable directly or indirectly from information made available on these pages or links, or actions or transaction resulting therefrom.
